Have you ever sat down to write a process and thought to yourself; “How do I start?”
How can you get processes implemented if you’re not sure how to get started?
It’s actually fairly straight forward and in the video below I’ll walk you through the 5 basic steps. The key is to make sure you’re not trying to capture too much in one process.

2. Write an objective, purpose or result (a sentence or 2)
3. Start with the question: How does it start?
4. Then ask: what happens next – repeat – simple, clear, concise
5. Finally, are there any standards or expectations
